The purpose of MTI is to facilitate the alignment of professional NLP trainers, professional Licensed Mental Health Therapists, Counselors, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Physicians, and professional Hypnosis Trainers around the world in the ethical and professional use of NLP and Hypnosis through the standardization and continual improvement of the NLP and hypnosis accreditation process. The MTI members also have perfection around the world with the standards and the ethics of the MTI.

TAn MTI Certified Trainer shall not knowingly engage in using their NLP, COACHING skills at the expense of the well being of others and shall always, to the best of their abilities, maintain frames of ecology in all aspects of their NLP work. An MTI Certified Trainer shall strive to use their NLP skills for the advancement and betterment of people and society.
